Sometimes the whole tone of a game is set in the first few minutes.

Unfortunately for the Lockport Township boys basketball team, that is exactly what happened in its postseason game last week.

The Porters could not rebound, thus they did not have many opportunities to score. It all added up to a 64-41 loss to Neuqua Valley on March 4 in the second semifinal of the Class 4A Lincoln-Way West Regional.
