The White Oak Library Lockport Branch hosted its monthly Little Artists event on Jan. 10, where kids got the opportunity to create a monster of their own making.

“You don’t have to be a big kid to be an artist,” said Children’s Services Supervisor Jaci Kohn. “That’s kind of our tagline for it.”
