It might seem like 10:30 a.m. in January isn’t the best time for a drive-in movie. 

But the White Oak Library District isn’t like most drive ins. First, it’s indoor and second, the drivers are toddlers. 

Jaci Kohn, the children’s services supervisor, said the library’s been hosting a drive-in on the first Friday of every month for about a year now, and it’s gotten popular among local moms and sitters.
