PE teacher Tammie Ebel awards Avery Yoder for raising $305, the 11th most raised among students, at Goodings Grove’s annual fundraiser for the American Heart Association Friday, Feb. 28.

Fourth-grader Olivia Mishkovich walked up to her principal and threw a cup of gooey green slime in his face. Only Mishkovich wouldn’t be getting detention for such a brazen act of insubordination. 

Students at Goodings Grove School convened to “slime” Principal Mark Leipart on Friday, Feb. 28, to celebrate the fact that they surpassed their goal in the school’s annual fundraiser for the American Heart Association.
