Learning how to win.

That is what a young Lockport Township boys basketball team had to do last week.

After a trio of frustrating losses, the Porters finally did figure out how to win. They pulled away in the second quarter and went on to a 64-49 victory over Lincoln-Way West on Saturday, Nov. 30, in the seventh-place game of the 24th annual WJOL Thanksgiving Classic at the University of St. Francis in Joliet.
