Most wrestlers would be thrilled to end a match early with a pin, but Lockport senior Mike Kaminski wants no part of that.

“I want the tech falls,” Kaminski said.

Kaminski has a good reason for that. He is chasing after his coach’s record for technical falls in a season.

“I’m trying to go for our school record, 16 by our head coach, Josh Oster,” Kaminski said. “I told coach I’m going after it. It’s a 19-year-old record, so it needs to go.”
